Makes 16 x 1 oz. Energy Balls with The Classic Meatball Maker

Prep – 30 minutes to make plus 4 hours to chill


INGREDIENTS
:

– Almond or Peanut Butter ½ cup

– Honey x 3 Tablespoons

– Granola or Muesli Cereal {Fruit Mix} 2 cups

– Orange Juice [Freshly Squeezed} ¼ cup

– Orange Zest {Grated} 1 tablespoon


PREPARATION:

1. Mix the Almond or Peanut butter with the honey in a large bowl until it forms a smooth paste.

2. Then add the Granola or Muesli along with the orange juice and orange zest. Stir with a large spoon until mixed well.

3. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.

5. Fill your mixture into the main mould of the Meatball Xpress in the two stages as instructed and compress and turn out your biscuit balls into the lid / holding tray.

NOTE:

The balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Keep in an airtight container using some plastic wrap between layers.
